SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Deliveries will be made for confirmed orders whereby the customer has opted for the orders to be delivered. For Deliveries, the customer will be asked to enter the address, contact number, and other details relevant to delivery. The delivery will be made in accordance with the date and time slot chosen by the customer. Delivery timelines may vary from same day upto 30 days depending on product availability and delivery address chosen by the customer.
The customer has to ensure the correctness of the data provided in all respects. The Gift by ERK will be solely relying on the delivery information provided by the customer or the Website. The deliveries can be made by any of the following parties – The Gift by ERK, Product partners, or logistics partners of the Gift by ERK. The delivery charges levied depend on the location and time of the final delivery and the nature of the products bought.
