RETURNS POLICY
- The Store does not ordinarily in the course of business accept returns because as we provide customize gift items which cannot be return as the products may or may not have peoples name, peoples images & dates of occasion which cannot be sell again by refurbished items.
- However, in case You believe that there is a relevant requirement to replace the items purchased by you through the Website such as for damaged products or otherwise, you may raise a request for Replacement on the Website or by writing to us at customercare@giftsbyerk.com with all relevant details as indicated herein. Any request for replacement will only be entertained if received by Us within 3 hours after the delivery has been made.
- In case the Store accepts the Replacements Request in accordance with the policies as set out hereunder, depending on the nature of the Products or the Request raised by You, You are entitled to Replacement of the products which shall be completed at the discretion of the Store.
- In case the Store agrees to Replace the Product, the Store shall ensure that the Product which you are returning is replaced with a product that is of the same description as the original product ordered by you, subject to the availability of the Stocks.
- For processing of Replacements, the following details will be checked by Us or our agents :
- A Photograph of the products you wish to Replace to Us:
- Invoice which was billed to you on the sales of the Products
- The Original Products sold to You are replace unused, unaltered, undented, unscratched or otherwise damaged.
- Original Packaging/ Box of the Products
- Unboxing video of the product
- Products tags, MRP label and any other product ancillaries are undetached from the products and are replace as-is
- In case we deem that there are quality issues with the products that are requested to be replaced by you, we or our agents reserve the right to reject the replace request and not accept Replace of the Products.
- The Store may not be able to take back such products which shall be indicated in the Terms and Conditions itself. Replace Requests for such products will not be accepted by the Store under any circumstances due to the very nature of such products
REFUND POLICY
We strictly inform that the items which may or may not have names of the people send by you, images of the people send by you & dates of the occasion send by you cannot be returned and refund as we do not accepts refunds of the items once being sold. WE DO NOT HAVE “MONEY REFUND” POLICY.
CANCELLATION POLICY

SHIP & DELIVERY POLICY
Deliveries will be made for confirmed orders whereby the customer has opted for the orders to be delivered. For Deliveries, the customer will be asked to enter the address, contact number and other details relevant to delivery. The delivery will be made in accordance with the date and time slot chosen by the customer. The customer has to ensure the correctness of the data provided in all respects. The Gifts by ERK will be solely relying on the delivery information provided by the customer or the Website. The deliveries can be made by any of the following parties – The Gifts by ERK, Product partners or logistics partners of the Gifts by ERK. The delivery charges levied depend on the location and time of the final delivery and the nature of the products bought.
